Dee Johnson
Co FounderRetired from the business world in December 2025, and brings over 25 years of experience in startups and operations across a variety of industries. She previously served on the board of the YMCA in Snoqualmie, Washington, and as President of the Executive Women’s Golf Association. A resident of the Verrado community since 2022, Dee remains actively engaged in supporting and volunteering with nonprofit organizations throughout the Valley.
Holly Nott
Co FounderEast Coast native with a heart for the desert, she has proudly called Buckeye home since 2009. After 27 years as an elementary school teacher, she discovered a new passion in real estate and has served as Designated Broker with Redfield Realty LLC since 2021. Both careers have equipped her with invaluable skills she continues to draw on in all aspects of life. Now a resident of Verrado, she is deeply committed to service alongside her professional work. She currently serves as President of the Verrado Rotary Club (2024–2026), leading fundraising efforts in support of local nonprofits. She is also an active member of Summit Community Church, contributing to the Worship Team and broader leadership. Above all, her greatest joy is being “Gami/Gagi” to all of her grands!
Christine Hubbard
TreasurerChristina Hubbard is an accounting controller who provides strategic financial oversight to support sustainable growth. With experience in nonprofit governance and board operations, she brings prior board service focused on accountability and transparency. Christina aligns financial insight with organizational strategy and is committed to mission-driven governance, with a passion for nonprofit service and supporting individuals personal growth.
Erin Gallo
Social Media/Membership CoordinatorErin Gallo resides in Verrado with her husband and three young children. She is a dedicated mother and businesswoman, managing a national medical sales company. Erin is passionate about giving back and making a meaningful impact in her community.
