Membership Commitment & Donation Process

• Each member (or team) commits to donating $100 per meeting ($400 annually).

• Donations will support charities serving communities within Arizona West Valley- Buckeye, Goodyear, Avondale, Surprise, Peoria, El Mirage, Glendale, Litchfield Park, Tolleson, & Youngtown.

Charity Presentation

• At each meeting, three nominated charities will be randomly selected for presentation

Voting & Donation

• After presentations, members will vote to select the winning charity.

• All members are responsible for donating to the selected organization, regardless of their individual vote.

Payment Instructions

• All checks must be made payable directly to the selected charity.

• If you are unable to attend:

  • You may provide a blank check to another member to submit on your behalf, or assign a Proxy Ballot Designee.
